Got free time? Then why not get involved in different projects, training and volunteering opportunities.

Groups have been set up across Buckinghamshire so that we can find out young people's views and opinions on all sorts of things. Young people are at the heart of the Connexions service so who better to tell Connexions what it needs than young people? (There are also groups run by Buckinghamshire County Council's Youth Participation Team.)

Find out what's going on in your area that you can get involved in now!	There are many projects you can get involved with that would look great on your CV and you will make new friends!	Learn about free training that is available, get a nationally recognised award and gain new skills to prepare you for work.

Give us feedback about the Connexions service and read about young people's experiences who have got involved.	Do you want to be part of a team giving out money to young people? Then join a District Youth Cabinet near you.	Want to represent the views of young people in your District or pass issues onto your Member of Youth Parliament?

Getting active if you are disabled
