Parents and carers
Your parents/carers may be over protective sometimes but they know you really well and are looking out for your well-being.  If your Mum or Dad remarries, you will suddenly have a new 'parent' and maybe new brothers and sisters too.

Being a parent
When you become a parent, your whole life changes. It's wonderful and rewarding, but being a parent can also be exhausting, stressful and a bit of a mystery.

Living together
It's hard work living with someone and for many people, sex and relationships can be the hardest topics to talk about. Some links to help you find out more.

Divorce
If your parents or carers have decided to split up, you need to realise that it's not your fault, you can't stop them and you must respect their decision.

Serious Illness
Living with someone who is seriously ill can be stressful and isolating.

Bereavement
If you have recently lost someone you were close to, you may think that nobody really understands what you are going through.
