Hello and welcome back!  If you missed last time you can find it at this link:

This time I’ll talk about the careers resources available in the centre and on the site.

When you finish your GCSEs, you need to start thinking about the future, and what you want to do. There are hundreds of choices for everyone, but finding the information can be difficult.

At Connexions the information you need to plan your future is all in one place, and the nice smiley Connexions PAs are there too to help you find and look through all the resources.

The resources available include Apprenticeship information, gap year courses and guides, university and college prospectuses, a ‘Working in’ magazine that includes around 20 real-life case studies which tell you about a wide range of jobs in each sector and lots of general information such as guides on how to apply to uni or what you can do next with few or no qualifications.

So if you don’t know where to start looking; or feel you have no choices left, then get down to a Connexions centre!
