If you are feeling unhappy or confused counselling may help you understand your feelings and help you think more clearly. You can use counselling to help you make decisions and to make changes in your life.

Counselling provides:

  • a place where you will be listened to and taken seriously, you will not be judged, but be respected and encouraged
  • help and support with a range of issues: family, relationships, stress and anxiety, anger, school, drugs, bullying, depression, low self esteem, mental health, disability, illness, self harm, abuse and much more. 
  • counsellors who have been carefully chosen and trained to work with young people.
