Connexions provides FREE information, confidential advice and guidance on a wide range of topics that affect young people. We can help young people when they are making their choices about education and training, finding their ideal job and helping them to write a CV to using counselling if they are feeling unhappy or confused, help with exam stress, money and health and things to do in their free time that will develop their skills.

The Connexions service is available through Connexions Personal Advisers (or PAs as they are often called). Connexions PAs are based in high street centres, schools, colleges, outreach centres and voluntary organisations.
