About Connexions
Connexions is a free, impartial service which provides information, confidential advice and guidance to all young people aged 13-19 years and up to 25 years for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities.  The Connexions service is designed so the needs of individual young people are met; to help all young people reach their full potential and make a successful transition to adult life.

Connexions provides support to young people on a wide range of topics including: 

• Careers and work
• Developments for young people aged 14-19 learning entitlement
• Education and training
• Relationships and counselling
• Drugs and alcohol
• Legal matters and the law
• Money
• Health
• Housing
