Years 10/11

Connexions provides FREE information, confidential advice and guidance on a wide range of topics that affect young people.  We can help you when making choices about your careers, education and training, finding you your ideal job and helping you write a CV to using counselling if you are feeling unhappy or confused, help with exam stress, money and health and things to do in your free time that will develop your skills.  

The Connexions service is available through Connexions Personal Advisers (PAs).  Connexions PAs are based in high street centres, schools, colleges, outreach centres and voluntary organisations.

Our video was made by young people in summer 2011. 

If you are in year 10 or below then some of the options mentioned in our video have changed and you will be required to stay in some form of learning.  This is known as 'Raising the Participation Age'.  For more information click here.
